Apply: Public Housing
If you are interested in applying for the public housing programs administered by the Worcester Housing Authority, you must file a written application. The application must be filed at our Admission Department located at 40 Belmont Street in Worcester.
We will need to collect the following information to determine your eligibility:
You will need to provide documentation (e.g., birth certificates, tax returns) to verify the information given on your application. The WHA will also rely on direct verification from your employer, etc. You will be asked to sign a form to authorize release of pertinent information to the WHA.
The WHA recently adopted the use of one universal application for both its state and federal public and most leased housing programs. If you are interested in applying for our programs, please clink on the link below. You can print out the form, complete it and bring it to our Admissions Department.
